Flower Power.....

Hi everyone, Well I finally managed to get my craftroom sorted and what I thought would only be a weekend job turned into 4 days but it's finally done and I can now get back to my crafting :)

This is a card that I made yesterday and to make it I used the following :-
6x6 cream scalloped card, purple bazzill basics, First edition Design papers (which I absolutely love), lemon satin ribbon, large fancy flat backed pear from WOC, purple satin ribbon, galamour dust, ranger glossy accents, pink gems, silver charm, mulberry flower that I made, ranger stardust stickles and the sentiment is from my stash.

To colour this fab image I've used my promarkers and flexmarkers and I've also added a little glossy accents to her kinky boots lol, lips and eyes to help give some dimension, and I've also added some glamour dust to the flower to help make it pop.

This picture is a close up of the embellishments and these fab design papers which are flittered .
I absolutely love these papers and like all the papers I've got from First Edition they're both beautiful and excellent quality, and I'm now waiting on a delivery of 4 of their other 6x6 pads (I can't wait for them to arrive)  while we're talking papers I wondered do you have favorite papers and if you do what are they??

I'm going to go and try to catch up on some colouring while I've got the house to myself, well not exactly myself there's my 2 little kitties lol :)

I'd Like to enter this card into the following challenges

Twinkle Toes....

Hi everyone, I hope you've all got that Friday feeling and are looking forward to the weekend. I've decided that this weekend I'm going to have to sort out all my crafty stash and have a good clearout which I keep putting off and like all crafters it fills me with dread, just the thought of having to throw anything away brings me out in a cold sweat lol, but needs must I suppose, my craft room come dining room has now spread into other area's of my home and I still have crafty stuff from when I first started crafting :( and I know that I'll never use it so I'm afraid It'll have to go but it wont be going to far ( phew ) because I will be giving it to my mam which means I can still go and visit all my crafty stuff whenever I want to lol :)

Anyway here's the card that I made yesterday.

To make this card I've used the following :-
6x6 white scalloped card, Bazzill Basics, silver mirri board, 6x6 Dovecraft "Fairytale Princess" design papers, white lace (which I gathered), pink polka dot satin ribbon, Mulberry roses, rosebuds, blooms and white pearl spray from WOC, Ranger "Stardust" Stickles, Glamour dust, pink gems,
silver made with love charm and handmade foiled beaded charm.

This super cute little image is a LOTV topper which I added a little extra colour and Glamour dust for a little extra sparkle and to help make the image pop.

This picture is a close up of the silver made with love charm & the handmade foiled glass bead charm

I really hope you like this card and I'd love to know what you think about it.

Anyhoo that's all from me today I.m off to start clearing and sorting my crafting room and so I may be gone for quite some time lol :)

Butterfly Flutterby.....

Hi everyone, I hope you are all keeping warm and well in all this awful, cold and miserable weather :( the snow's almost melted here in the north east but we're to get more so the weather forcast says.

This is a card I made yesterday....

To make this card I've used the following :-
6x6 white scalloped card, Bazzill basics, Prima 6x6 design papers, blue polka dot satin ribbon, mulberry tea rose, roses and leaves from WOC, silver bead cap, silver charm, ivory pearls, blue gems,  punched out butterflies, and the sentiment is from Whimsy.

This gorgeous stamp is an Elisabeth Bell Belles & Whistles stamp which I have coloured using Promarkers and Flexmarkers.

This is a close up of the Whimsy Sentiment which I think is so sweet... I coloured the butterflies on the sentiment with promarkers to help tie it in with the colours I've used in the card.

I really hope that you like this cute stamp as much as I do and I would love to know what your favorite stamp is too.

My Sad News.....

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've not been around blogland for a few days and as you will have probably seen that I've stepped down from all my current  DT work for the time being which was a really tough decision to make but one that needed making none the less. I've really loved my DT work and I will really miss my team mates and I would love to say a HUGE thank you to my teamies over at Forever Friends Challenge for their wonderful messages (thanks ladies) and a extra HUGE hug to Diane for  her kindness and understanding.

Sweet n Saucy.....

Even though my mind's been on other things this last week or so I have still managed to grab a little time to make this card

This card was made using the following :-
6x6 white scalloped card, Bazzill Bling, 6x6 "First Edition Noir Et Chic Design Papers" (which are stunning and I like all the other "first edition" pads I adore them) the red paper was from my stash, Black satin and organza ribbon, red dew drop gems, glear gem brad, silver handcuff charm, handmade red beaded charm.

The Image is a fabulous Kenny K Digi called Delores Damage and I think she's fab. I coloured her using my Promarker and Flexmarkers and I've also added a little Ranger Glossy Accents to her lips, earings and boots to help give them a little more depth and definition which I hope you can see in the close up here

I really hope that you like this Kenny K image as much as I do and I also hope you like what I've done with her.

Dreaming of Summer Days...

Hi everybody, I really hope that you're all keeping yourselves warm and toastie in this cold wintery weather that we all seem to be having, it's pretty bad here on the north east coast so I'm trying my best not to have to venture out into the snow and ice, I'm battening down the hatches and cuddling my fire lol.

I made this Elisabeth Bell card yesterday afternoon while thinking about lovely warm summer days...

To make this card I used the following :-
A white 6x6 scalloped card, bazzill basics, 6x6 design papers (sorry I can't remember the name of the pad) mulberry coloured satin & organza ribbon, guipure lace, mulberry blooms, roses and lily from WOC, Ranger Glossy Accents, ivory flatback pearls, 2x silver charms & handmade beaded charm.

To colour this cute Elisabeth Bell image I've used my Promarkers and Flexmarkers, and I've also added some Ranger Glossy Accents to the flowers and her top to create a little added depth.

This is a close up of the ribbon bow, the silver charms and the handmade green pearl charm and the butterflies which were made using a punch. the floral paper was edged using a Martha Stewart punch.

And this is a close up of the Glossy Accents which I used on her top and also the beautiful Mulberry Blooms, Roses and Lily which are from WOC.

I really hope you like her.
