Peacock Masquerade

Clean and Simple

Hi everyone, I hope that you're all well. The card that I would like to
share with you all today is one that I was asked to make for a friends
sister, I was asked to make something elegant with a peacock so I hope
that she's going to like this...fingers crossed.

Card Recipe
7x7 white card, silver mirri, silver grey peacock damask design paper, centura pearl,
peacock embossing folder, moonlight smooch, gold and silver sakura gelly roll,
glossy accents, silver grey pearls, white organza ribbon and silver jewelled brooch.

I coloured this gorgeous Aurora Wings image which you can find HERE
using both Pro/Flexmarkers and also Spectrum Noir Markers too

I then added some glossy accents to the eyes and lips, coloured the peacock feathers
with the silver and gold sakura gelly roll pens and added a touch of moonlight smooch
to the pearls.

Here is a close up of the gorgeous peacock embossing on the centura pearl and
also the jewelled brooch in the centre of the organza bow.

A Little Trinket Box

A Little Reminder

Hi everyone, I would just like to share a little trinket box that I made
using one of Mitzi's gorgeous digi images, you can find this image HERE
at her Aurora Wings Etsy Shop

I would also just like to remind everyone of this months challenge over at

and the theme this time is

Under The Sea

To make this little trinket box I've used the following
Papier Mache Box which I covered using a sheet of Decoupach paper,
I then added a coating of Mod Podge Matt to seal it.
Next was the fun part, adding lots of pretty shells and beads, oh and
not forgetting the skull beads.

To colour this gorgeous image I have used a selection of both Pro/Flexmarkers
and also Spectrum Noir
I then added some Crystal Stickles and some White Opal Liquid Pearls.

Why not pop along to the Aurora Wings Challenge Blog and see what
inspirational things the lovely DT girls have created and also check
out what fabulous prizes are just waiting to be won, remember
"You've gotta be in it to win it"

My Garden's looking Rosy

Sorry, no card today...

Hi everyone, I hope that you're all  safe and well and that this terrible wind and rain haven't
caused too much damage. We have lost a couple of fences but I'd say we've been pretty
lucky after seeing some of the damage this storms created in other parts of the UK.
Well as my heading say's "Sorry, no card today" I've been a little too busy to get any crafting
done but I'm hoping to have a little time to myself tonight to play with some new images.
I would also like to share with you a few pictures of some of the Begonia's I have in hanging
baskets and also my Hydrangea in the front garden. I have been feeding them with some
feed that I bought from QVC and WOW the blooms are the size of Dinner plates lol...

These Lemon coloured Begonia's are a new variety and they smell like Melon

These Peach coloured Begonia's are so pretty

And just like the Begonia's, the Hydrangea just love this new liquid feed from QVC
They've never ever had blooms this size before.

They're HUGE lol

I'm off to cook dinner now so I'll catch up with you all again soon.
take care and stay safe everyone
